Paralegal Opening:

We are looking for a full-time paralegal who can utilize his or her skills to assist attorneys with a variety of legal matters and who is interested in growing with the firm for years to come. Areas of responsibilities include: onboarding for new clients, docketing, court filings, Secretary of State filings, drafting corporate minutes and resolutions, legal research and analysis, review and organization of discovery documents, assisting with corporate maintenance and compliance issues, assisting with all stages of litigation (pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation), learning and utilizing the latest legal technologies, and participating in inner-office strategy sessions.

Candidates must have a commitment to honesty, integrity and the desire to perform quality services for firm clients. Candidates must be able to take ownership and responsibility for work assignments, be able to work in both group and individual settings, and be accountable for completion of assignments on a timely manner. Candidates must have strong communication skills, including the ability to discuss assignment questions with attorneys, the ability to accept constructive criticism, and the ability to propose new processes and office concepts that could increase the firm’s productivity and quality of work product. Candidates must have a positive attitude, come to work with a lot of energy, and welcome the challenges that arise when working in a modern law firm. Candidates must possess an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a Paralegal Studies program from an ABA accredited institution or be nearing graduation from such a program.

Law Clerk Opening:

We are looking for a part-time law clerk who can utilize his or her skills to assist attorneys with client onboarding, docketing, court filings, legal research and analysis, and all stages of litigation (pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation).

Candidates must have a commitment to honesty, integrity and the desire to perform quality services for firm clients. Candidates must be able to take ownership and responsibility for work assignments, be able to work in both group and individual settings, and be accountable for completion of assignments on a timely manner. Associate Attorney Opportunity:

We are looking for a full-time associate attorney who can assist our experienced attorneys with all stages of litigation and with advising our business clients regarding corporate issues, employment issues, contract issues, and other issues that our business clients face on a day-to-day basis.

Candidates must have a commitment to honesty, integrity and the desire to perform quality services for firm clients. Candidates must be able to take ownership and responsibility for work assignments, be able to work in both group and individual settings, and be accountable for completion of assignments on a timely manner. Candidates must have strong communication skills, including the ability to discuss assignment questions with attorneys, the ability to accept constructive criticism, and the ability to propose new processes and office concepts that could increase the firm’s productivity and quality of work product. Candidates must have a positive attitude, come to work with a lot of energy, and welcome the challenges that arise when working in a modern law firm. Candidates must have a Juris Doctor, participation in Law Review, Moot Court, and other law school extracurricular activities is a plus. No litigation experience is necessary, but 1-3 years of business litigation experience and/or corporate experience is a plus.
